The area was shopping, the food was fabulous, the customer service was perfect. Hotel is really close to the train station, it takes 11 mins to walk there. People working there were loyal!

x y club was within walking distance. the room was good sized, no complaints. would stay there again because of the proximity to upper brown street.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is so close to everything in the city center and is right next to the train station. You can easily explore all that the city has to offer without any hassle. the rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds that make it hard to leave in the morning. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast buffet is well-stocked and the hot options are delicious. a great place to stay in the heart of the city.
Some guests have mentioned noisy pipes, which can be a bit of a disturbance early in the morning.

The hotel is located in the city centre, which made it easy for me to explore the city during my Easter break. It also has free parking, which is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional.
The hotel is currently under renovation, which meant there was noise during the day. , the restaurant was closed for the same reason, so I had to go out for meals.

This hotel is a fantastic value for money with its central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and offer fantastic views, especially from the ground floor. The highlight of my stay was the unbelievably comfortable bed, thanks to the awesome Hypnos mattress. The breakfast was also delicious and satisfying.

Spent Christmas at this city center hotel and had a great time! the location was so convenient, with free parking and easy walking distance to everything. the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. the room was nice and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Oh, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel were a nice touch!
My only complaint was that the elevators were a bit slow during the busy holiday season, but it wasn't a big deal. had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
